So last night I took out the bike for the first time....
I was all confident that I would be able to ride all the way to my small group but then decided not to because it would be dark riding back. So I got on to take a little ride around the neighborhood. I realized that...hey..I haven't rode a bike in 4 years. For some strange reason I thought I could just pick up where I left off and ride for miles. This however was not the case and I was forced to downshift to get up the upcline....I know I will work my way up but this was an unfortuante discovery.
This was my dream in my head(only without the lame tight bike clothes):
But this is more what I felt like:
