Well I am off to Cali tonight! I couldn't get to work this morning because I kept trying on my sundresses:) and got caught up in the episode of 90210 where Dylan's wife gets killed by her dad.

When I got to work today I got a surprise at my desk. One of my bosses left me a card and a gift for my vacation. It was just a little something that reminded me God always knows when we need something. I have been really anxious or easily irritated recently with my job so it was perfect timing because it reminded me that we are partners in ministry.

And Sherry found my newest copy of Glamour at her house and brought it in for me so I am all set to travel.

So I am taking a small break from my crazy work day trying to get everything done before I leave.
I can't wait to go to Cali. I am trying to focus on work but really all I want to do is try on all my sundresses and sandals.
One small thing, I have recently bought my friends' kids some care bears and I just want to say how happy I am that they are making a comeback. They are really cute and they have good morals-really: share bear, cheer bear, love-a-lot bear...they aren't like some of those crazy violent cartoons that are out there now. I am really excited for the little kids I know that they, along with strawberry shortcake, are making a resurgence into society:)
Here is something funny my friend sherry at work just told me too. I used to live with them last summer and got close to their 9 and 11 year old girls. The 9 year old just told her mom that if she got pregnant again she would hate the baby because it would take the room I sleep in when I take care of them forcing me to sleep on the couch and that isn't very nice. I thought it was a funny reason for her to hate this nonexistent baby.

It's Friday and I am leaving work!! I got everything done for this weekend finally!
I got to go to lunch with my friend Karen who just had a baby too so it was a good non stress day for a change.
I can't wait to party tomorrow!

My crazy neighbors bought a poker table top and real poker chips so I stayed and played a little after dinner. I got pretty excited because I actually won a couple hands! Actually I was trying to lose though cause I was tired and kept bidding high but that is when I won. I kept having an overwhelming desire to just throw all my chips in the middle of the pile and pretend I was in the movie Rounders playing with Edward Norton.

So last night when we left Louie's I went to my car and there was a random post it on the car window. This is what it said "Don't park like an ass". Um-who takes the time to actually pull out a post it in the car, write that and put it on my car. I just parked in an empty spot as someone was pulling out so it actually wasn't my fault. Shelly and I were cracking up.
