Christmas Highlights

-I am excited about my cardigan sweaters I got for Christmas (or rather picked out myself from returned items and gift cards).

-I love that my roommates and I had "roommate Christmas" the night before we left to go home. We went to dinner, exchanged gifts (which we all liked what we got-now I can say I have a cashmere sweater I have been coveting and jewelry from Brazil:), and then watched a poorly made movie that had Michael Vartan in it.

-Payless was having a sale-I got 3 pairs of summer sandels for $10

-My mom, sister, brother and I all went to see Fat Albert before I left-now normally I would never pay to see this but they all thought it was cute and it was for a kids movie but it was good cause my mom and sister are usually not together often to decrease the chance of arguments.

-I went to a party with my Becky and her boyfriend Justin. His friends were funny.

-This isn't a highlight of Christmas but now that Christmas is over only One week til the Alias 4 season premere-I can't wait.

Just a couple things:

-Ocean's Twelve this weekend: Brad pitt can wear a silk shirt and necklaces and it will never change how good he looks.

-I love fondue for dinner.

-It is really frustrating that they keep the office so cold. I can barely work. I can't concentrate when I am too cold. I know people say the oppisite but that is not true for me and it is hard to type with gloves on. The battle of the themestat starts here in Nov every year. We have already had some yelling battles about it.

-My favorite Damien Rice song is Delicate. I can just listen repeatedly.

-I really wish I hadn't been given lots of chocolate to put in my candy jar. I purposely only buy low fat candy like taffy. This is NOT good.

-I hate that I have to figure out what to do with my old car this week. I would rather be concentrating on christmas shopping.

I know I haven't blogged in a while. It had been crazy here at work with events and the holidays.
Yesterday, one of my bosses, Sue, asked me to go to Florida in Feb. for her as the Event Manager of our big conference next August. She also asked me to take over being the actual Event Manger of the conference. It is going to be a little crazy cause it is right around my roommate's wedding but I think I am going to do it cause it would look really good on the old resume (in case I'll need that). I am excited about the trip cause it is during the week too. So for work I'll get to go to Florida! I can go around saying "this week I am traveling for work". I can be like Janelle... only for 3 days... but still.
