Dinner Party

Last Saturday Jeff and I hosted our first dinner party. It was really cool to have so many of our friends in one place. Our places are too small to fit everyone so we borrowed his parents house for the night. We spent all day cooking and decorating but it was worth it. I think everyone had a good time. I made for the first time this strawberry cake that his grandma makes; I was pretty proud of myself. I know we had fun:)

Becky and Justin's Wedding:
Last week I went down early to help with their wedding and to be the maid of honor. We were so busy those last few days but it was great to be able to spend some time together before the wedding and help her get stuff done. We managed to have some fun in all the business as well. The wedding went great! She looked so beautiful as you can see from the pictures. The only time we were a little worried was when her hairstylist kept saying she had plenty of time, arrived and finished late so we got to the church about 20 minutes before starting time. Bridesmaids were rushing all around her trying to help get her dressed in time. But as always things fell in place and the wedding went off terrific. I even think I pulled off the toast, which I was nervous about speaking in front of that many people. We had a lot of fun.
